Both Ways Boozman

Statement

Senator John Boozman only votes for Obamacare when his vote is critically needed to fund it. For instance, in 2013 he voted to defund Obamacare, but just a week later he joined 19 other Republicans, voting with every Democrat in the Senate, to fully fund the socialist health scheme. When his vote was not needed to pass Obamacare, he voted against it. That way he can loudly (thanks to all the special interest money he rakes in) proclaim that he is "against" Obamacare. John Boozman will only vote for Obamacare when his vote is really needed to fund it. It's called posturing. If you have ever wondered why your values seem to be losing ground in Washington, maybe its because the people you send to represent those values are not really trying.

Let's face it, John Boozman is yet another Arkansas Republican who, when push came to shove, voted for Obamacare.

Boozman can now mimic John Kerry of an earlier decade by honestly saying he voted against the funding before he voted for it. You didn't go for that tactic when Kerry tried it, and you shouldn't fall for it when Boozman does it.

The sad truth is that neither of the old parties offer an alternative to Obamacare. At most they will just call it something else. There is only ONE candidate for U. S. Senate who will vote against Obamacare and its funding EVERY time it is brought up, no matter what they call it. That candidate is former Mayor Frank Gilbert. Frank is not a Democrat, not a Republican, and not For Sale. If you want more of the same, keep voting as you have been voting. If you want something better, vote Frank Gilbert for U.S. Senate.
